Vivian G. (Labonte) Lussier

Vivian G. Lussier 97, died peacefully Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in the Ballou Home surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving wife of the late Ronald A. Lussier. She was born in Woonsocket, a daughter of the late Emile and Yvonne (Carriere) Labonte. Vivian was a wonderful homemaker and a loving and patient wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by four sons: Ronald R. Lussier of Lincoln, Dennis Lussier and his wife Jo-Ann of N. Smithfield, Paul Lussier and his wife Pauline,  and Alan Lussier all of Woonsocket, and one daughter Suzanne Godbout and her husband Robert of Harrisville, nine grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren. She was also the mother of the late Yvonne Pepin, and sister of the late Gerald and Lucien Labonte, Clemence St. Germain, Marie Plasse, and Estelle Defond.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 at 10:30 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. The family wishes to thank the Ballou Home for the excellent care and love they showed Vivian during her stay there.
