Therese M. (Brunelle) Kane

Therese Kane Obituary

Therese M. Kane 79, of Gastonia, NC passed away on October 19, 2021. She was the wife of the late Richard Kane. Born in Woonsocket, on September 26, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Simone Brunelle. Therese was a molder for EMC Manufacturing for twenty years before retiring. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and playing solitare.

Therese is survived by her daughter Lori Kane of Gastonia, N;, five sons, Richard, Daniel, and Scott  Kane all of Pascoag, James Kane of Harrisville, and Robert Kane of Woonsocket; four brothers, Norman Brunelle of Honolulu, HI, Donald Brunelle of Deltona, FL, Raymond Brunelle of Milford, MA, and Roger Brunelle of Indianapolis, IN, and three sisters, Jeanne Paquette of Woonsocket, nine grandchildren Sara, Alysha, Kyle, Samantha, Alison, Adam, Jack, Nicholas, and Zachary and 1 great-granddaughter, Ava. She was predeceased by her son Keith Kane, brother Robert Brunelle and sisters Jeannette Armstrong, Pauline Armstrong, Lorraine J. Choquet, and Rosie Woods.

Her funeral will be held Friday, December 3, 2021, at 10:00AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Committal Service and burial at 11:00 AM in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone, MA. Visiting hours are Thursday, December 2, 2021 from 5-7 PM.
