Therese R. Beauchemin

Therese R. (Fontaine) Beauchemin 88 passed away Saturday, May 15 in the Woonsocket Health Centre. She was the loving wife of the late Armand Beauchemin. She was born in Lincoln, the daughter of the late Raoul and Alma (Forcier) Fontaine. Therese worked as a salesclerk for the Salvation Army in Woonsocket for many years and was very involved in Elderly Affairs in Woonsocket. She enjoyed making puzzles, but as a loving caring mother, her greatest joy was spending time with her family at home. Therese is survived by seven children: Dennis Beauchemin of NY, David Beauchemin and his wife Barbara of Chepachet, Ronald Beauchemin and his wife Tina of Marlboro, MA, William Beauchemin and his partner Ellen of Fairhaven, MA,  Deona Chand, and her husband Raj of Ottawa, Denise Shaller and her partner Scott of CO, and Sandra Beauchemin of Woonsocket, seven grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She was also the mother of the late Richard Beauchemin, and sister of the late Romea Fredette. Visiting hours will be held Friday, May 28, 5-7 PM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket. All other services will be private.
