Susan J. (Banks) Bergeron

Susan J. Bergeron 73, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Woonsocket Health and Rehabilitation Centre. She was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late William and Genevieve (Bedard) Banks. She worked as a candy striper at Woonsocket Hospital for several years and later worked as a waitress at local eateries. She had a fondness for animals and was very outgoing. Susan loved the outdoors, her family and adored her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Jimmy Shipp of Middleburg, FL, her daughter Kimberly Heron of Lake City, FL, and her sister Christine Parker of Lincoln. She was predeceased by her brother William Banks and her sister Denise Pazzetta. Visiting hours will be held Monday, May 18, 2026 5-7 PM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 So Main St, Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
