Roland J Aubin

Roland J. Aubin 72, of Star Ave. passed away on March 6, 2025. He was the husband of Patricia (Sutherland) Aubin. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Roland and Lillian (Dumas) Aubin. Roland worked for Chagnon Woodworking for several years. He was very active in St. Joseph’s CYO and coached their basketball, softball and volleyball teams for many years. He also coached several other area teams. He was an avid sports fan. Roland was a lifetime member of Cercle Laurier Inc.

Besides his wife he leaves two daughters Jennifer and Alison Aubin, a brother Robert Aubin, and grandson Jack all of Woonsocket.

His funeral will be held Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 5-7 PM.
