Roger “Chuck” G. Chubka 79 of Hunt St. Bellingham passed away on November 18, 2025, at Hope Health Hospice and Palliative Care in Providence. He was the
husband of Claire (Cote) Chubka, married for 55 years. Born in Woonsocket, he was the son of the late Lillian (Bernier) Trinque and loving stepfather Roland “Rocky” Trinque. Chuck was a self-employed carpenter and owner operator of Roger Chubka Vinyl Siding for over 40 years. He loved the game of basketball which he played for high school and men’s leagues for many years, along with his recent summer cornhole tournaments with old friends. He loved being outside in the sun and enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters in the yard and telling old stories. He was known for his sense of humor, love for his family, and his hard work.
Besides his wife he leaves his daughter Jaime Murray and her husband Brian their daughters Phoebe and Amelia, a brother Robert Chubka and sister Muriel Moreau. Along with nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home are private.
A celebration of life will be planned to share memories of Chucky and see the family at a later date.
