Roger Gosselin Obituary

 

Roger L. Gosselin 28, of Woonsocket, passed away at home Friday, June 10, 2022. He was the beloved son of Melissa (Begnoche) Gosselin and Roger P. Gosselin of Woonsocket. He worked in landscaping for the Brightview Company. Roger was a gentle and quiet young man who loved people and was a very giving, polite and considerate soul. He loved fishing, but most of all he adored his son Joseph.

In addition to his son and parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents: Gabriel and Phyllis Begnoche, his paternal grandmother Sheila Gosselin, his brother Roger P. Gosselin,  his aunts, Donna Carpenter and her husband Marc, Diane Gareau and her husband Maurice, and Michelle Begnoche, his paternal aunt Gina Smith and her husband Josh, his uncle Michael R. Gosselin and the mother of his son, Christina Letourneau. He was predeceased by his grandfather Roger G. Gosselin, and uncle Keith Begnoche.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, June 21, at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Paul’s Church, Blackstone. Burial will follow in Diamond Hill Cemetery, Cumberland. Visitation will be Monday 5-7PM.
