Roger P. Houle 69, of Denby St. passed away on October 7, 2022, at home. He was the beloved husband of Elise (Pepin) Houle. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Paul and Jeannette (Senecal) Houle. Roger was a yard foreman and a “jack of all trades” at Pepin Lumber where he worked for the last forty years. He loved antique cars especially his custom built 1967 Mustang. He enjoyed traveling to the Amish Country in PA and was an excellent cook and baker.
Besides his wife he leaves two brothers, Gerard Houle and his wife Pauline of Auberndale, FL and Paul Houle and his wife Sue of Lancaster, MA and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. The family will greet guest in church beginning at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Joseph’s Parish, 1200 Mendon Rd. Woonsocket, RI 02895, or The National Center for Padre Pio, 111 Barto, Rd. Barto, PA 19506 in his memory would be appreciated.
