It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard A. Dulude, 81, of Newton. St. who passed away on January 23, 2026 with his family by his side. He was the husband of Gail (Fregeau) Dulude, his high school sweetheart. Together they built a life filled with love, laughter and adventure.
Born in Woonsocket, Richard was the middle child of three to the late Arthur and Irma (Asti) Dulude.
Richard proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1962-1968 during which he served on the USS Allagash receiving an honorable discharge.
He was a foreman at Leach and Garner in North Attleboro for most of his adult life. He was a jack of all trades who loved to tinker, he could fix anything including restoring custom automobiles. He especially enjoyed spending time with his friends and family by the water at their family home in Bristol.
Besides his wife, he leaves two sisters Helena Scott and Paula Carbone, a niece Carla Martin and her husband Paul, and a great-niece Heather Lamoureux and her husband Brian and children Theo and Wren.
He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
