Real P. Salvas

Real P. Salvas 76 of Circle St. passed away on September 5, 2021, at Landmark Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Lucille (Dauphin) Salvas. Born in Sorel P. Q. Canada, he was a son of the late Lionel and Gertrude (Petrin) Salvas. Real was a corrugator operator for Key Container in Pawtucket for many years. He was a very talented wood worker and an accomplished skill saw operator. He loved making intricate pieces that he gave to family and friends. Real was a former member of the Cercle Laurier. He volunteered at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs parish carnival and bingo for many years. Real was a devoted husband and father and family meant everything to him. He will be greatly missed.

He was the loving father of Danielle Cantin of Concord, NH and Colette Herrick of Mansfield, MA. He also leaves his sisters, Rita Salvas of Manville, and Murielle Gallo of Burrillville; and four grandchildren, Katelynn, Jacob, Elijah, and Emma.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 24, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Church, Park Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. The family kindly request that guests are vaccinated if eligible, and that masks are worn.
