Patricia Ann Dumas 64, passed away in the Hope Health Philip Hulitar Center Saturday, January 28, 2023 after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her mother Gloria Fontaine and father, Frank Dumas. Patricia was born with special needs that required lifelong care. Her parents and maternal grandparents, John and Gertrude Dion, lovingly cared for her during her early childhood. Later, she was cared for in a special needs facility until residential life became available. Patricia then spent the last thirty years of her life in Woonsocket being cared for in a neighborhood residence that fostered a familial environment. Her caregivers were competent, kind and devoted to her wellbeing. She is survived by her maternal aunts, Vivian Quinn of Kingston, RI and Mimi Chellis of Lohman, MO, and several cousins, as well as her many devoted caregivers. She will be remembered as an innocent child of God now sharing in His glory.

A brief service will be held Tuesday, February 7, at 11:00 am in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket. Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:00 am. Burial with committal prayers will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery.
