Normand A. Beauchesne 77, of School St., Slatersville, passed away on December 6, 2021, at Hope Hospice and Paliative Care. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Albert and Ida (Lescarbeau) Beauchesne. Normand was a textile loom technician and worked in several area textile mills. He also worked construction for many years. Normand enjoyed fishing, clamming, vegetable gardening and going to the casino. He loved playing pool and spending time with his grandchildren. Normand is survived by his children, Michael N. Beauchesne and his wife Missy of Iva, SC, Steven and Kenneth Beauchesne both of Woonsocket, and Kim Correia and her husband Alan of North Smithfield, four grandchildren, Michelle Galano, Danielle Souliere, Jessica Tremblay, and Matthew Beauchesne, and five great-grandchildren.His funeral with visitation will be held Monday, December 13, 2021, from 10-11 AM at the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St., Woonsocket. Burial and committal prayers will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. In lieu of flowers donations to Hope Hospice and Palliative Care RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904-9826 in his memory would be appreciated.
