Maurice E Primeau

Maurice E. Primeau 84, formerly of N. Smithfield, died Saturday, May 5 in Bayberry Commons. He was the husband of the late Pauline (Blais) Primeau. Maurice was born in Central Falls, a son of the late Edgar and Bertha (Stebenne) Primeau. He was an arborist working for many years at Bryant University, retiring in 1998. He was a US Navy veteran of the Korean War. Moe loved camping, gardening, painting and above all spending time with his grandchildren. 

Moe is survived by a son; Richard Primeau of Woonsocket, a daughter, Donna Forget, of Forestdale, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one brother Robert Primeau of FL, and two sisters; Constance Doran of FL and Claire Weaver of Johnston.  He was also the father of the late Gary Primeau, and brother of the late Richard Primeau. There will be a committal service with military honors in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI, Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Those wishing to attend are encouraged to arrive at the cemetery office by 10:40 AM.
