Obituary

Marie T. (Albino) Gallotello 92, passed away on March 2, 2021 at The Holiday Retirement Home. She was the wife of the late Arthur Gallotello Sr.  Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Calise) Albino. Marie worked as a salesperson for the former McCarthy’s Department Store and Cherry & Webb until her retirement in 1996. She was a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Association.

Marie is survived by two sons Arthur Gallotello Jr of Woonsocket, and Peter F. Gallotello and his wife Diane of Harrisville, and a daughter Therese Prokop and her husband Stan of North Attleboro, a brother Joseph Albino of NC, four grandchildren, Anthony, Rose, Matthew and Thomas, and one great-gandson Henry. She was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Celeste Gallotello, and siblings Thomas Albino and Rose Stingo.

Marie was a friend to everyone she met and many of those friendships came from her passion for excellent customer service which she credits to her training from the flagship Macy’s in New York.
