Marguerite (Dugas) Gelinas

Marguerite Gelinas 86, formerly of Main St. passed away on February 24, 2026, at Landmark Medical Center. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Annette (Sonier) Dugas. Marguerite was the wife of the late Arthur W. Gelinas Sr. She was a textile worker in several area textile mills for many years. She then worked as a CNA at St. Antoine Residence and in the housekeeping department at Landmark Medical Center.

She is survived by her children, Wilfred, Roland, Arthur Jr., John, William, and Julie Gelinas and Lori Allard, Brenda Poore, and Jennifer Harrison, a brother Lester Dugas, ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Lynne Gelinas.
