Marcel Sarazin

Obituary

Marcel Sarazin 90, passed away on December 13, 2020 at The Friendly Home. He was the husband of the late Doris (Limoges) Sarazin. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Albert and Loretta (Belliveau) Sarazin. Marcel was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He worked for General Motors in the Inspection Department for thirty years before retiring. Marcel was a member of the United Auto Workers Union. He enjoyed playing cards, golf, tennis, and camping. Marcel also enjoyed square dancing and was a member of the Smokey Squares.

Marcel is survived by his daughters, Monique Penrod of Chepachet, and Michelle Johns of Burrillville, four grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother Leonard “Pete” Sarazin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date.
