Marc J. Beaudreault

Marc J. Beaudreault 69, of Rhodes Ave., passed away on December 10, 2024, at Landmark Medical Center. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Dr. Elphege and Marie (Courtois) Beaudreault. Marc most recently worked as a greeter at Walmart, he had previously worked at the call center of CVS for several years, and before that worked in the hardware department at Sears.

Marc loved to play the guitar and listen to 60’s and 70’s era rock bands. He especially loved Jethro Tull which he had seen many times in concert. Marc also enjoyed writing short stories. He had his own column called “On The Marc” in the Union St. Jean Baptiste newsletter, which was an insurance company that supported the continuation of the French Canadian language and culture in Woonsocket.

He is survived by his siblings, Claude Beaudreault of Metarie, LA. Helene Chamberlain of Lincoln, Roger and Robert E. Beaudreault both of Woonsocket, and Louise Beaudreault of North Kingstown, and his companion Rosalie Passano of Tallahassee, FL, and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. with a prayer service beginning at 10:00 AM. Burial at a later date will be private. Visiting hours are Monday 4-6 PM.
