Lucien A. Desquenne 90, of Tarklin Rd. died Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Hebert Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was the loving husband of Denise (Lariviere) Desquenne. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Louis and Marie (Verfaille) Desquenne. Lucien was a electrical engineer for the Foxboro Company for over twenty years. He had previously taught at the Blackstone Millville High School and later was the school district’s electrician. Lucien served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.
Besides his wife he leaves three sons Luc A. Desquenne and his wife Jessica of Falmouth, MA, Louis A. Desquenne and his wife Melissa, and Loren A. Desquenne all of Glocester; two daughters Lise A. Clark and her husband Robert of New Jersey, and Louise A. Desquenne of Glocester; and eight grandchildren, Benjamin, Espen, Abigail, Autumn, Olivia, Forrest, Noah, and Ethan. He was predeceased by his sister Muriel Dery.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home are private. In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinson’s Foundation in his memory would be appreciated.
