Louis P Hubert Jr

Louis P. Hubert Jr. 86, formerly of Beech St. passed away on August 1, 2023, at Oakland Grove Health Care Center. He was the husband of the late Suzanne (Carriere) Hubert. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Louis P. and Aurore (Belhumeur) Hubert Sr. Louis was a US Army Veteran. He was a machine operator for OSRAM-Slvania for twenty-two years before retiring. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan.

Louis is survived by his children, Donald Hubert of RI, Wayne Hubert of Burrillville, Danny and Steven Hubert both of Woonsocket, Richard Hubert of East Providence, Eric Hubert of Spencer, MA, Donna Vongratsamy of Southbridge, MA and Tammy Riendeau of TN, two sisters, Sr, Yvette Hubert FMM of North Providence, and Lucille Sweeney of FL, several grandchildren including Gina Vongratsamy and Katelynn Hubert and many great-grandchildren.

His funeral will be held Monday, August 7, 2023, at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, RI beginning at 9:00 AM with a service in the Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Burial with Military honors will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham, MA.
