Jeannine N. Godin

Jeannine N. Godin 82, of North Smithfield, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. She was the beloved daughter of the late Wilfrid A. and Claire B. (St. Germain) Godin. Aunt “Ninin” was cherished and survived by fifteen nieces and nephews, fifteen great nieces and nephews, and her sister-in-law Pauline J. Godin and was predeceased by her siblings: Wilfrid L. Godin, Claudette D. Boiteau, and Lorraine C. Beausoleil.

Jeannine was an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Her favorite athlete was Tom Brady. In her earlier years, Jeannine participated weekly in a bowling league with her friends. Jeannine was phenomenal at remembering birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions of family members. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, laughter, and love of her family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham.
