Jeannette Blais Obituary

Jeannette G. Blais 72, of Rhodes Ave. passed away on May 29, 2020 at The Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Norman E. Blais. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Adelard and Gilberte (Remillard) LeBlanc. Jeannette was a homemaker. She loved animals especially birds and cats. She enjoyed going to the zoo and the aquarium. She also enjoyed playing cards and visiting LaSalette Shrine. Her greatest joy however was spending time with her grandchildren.

Jeannette is survived by her children, Karen Martel of Blackstone, and Kevin Blais of N. Smithfield, a sister Therese Lemay of Bellingham, grandchildren, Kristen Martel, Courtney Martel, Sarah Lavoie-Lariviere, Kasandra Blais and Mason Blais, and great-grandchildren, Lillianna Lavoie, Kayden Guilbeault, Abel Lariviere, Rosalyn Lariviere and Noah Rea.

Burial in Precious Blood Cemetery will be private.
