Gisele A (Hebert) Richardson

Gisele A. Richardson of East School St. died peacefully on May 4, 2018 at the Philip Hulitar Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Walter F. Richardson. Born in Canada, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Rose (Plante) Hebert. Gisele was a homemaker for most of her life. She also worked as a cashier at the former Texaco Gas Station on Social St. She enjoyed playing cards and board games with her grandchildren. Gisele had a great devotion to St. Jude.

She is survived by a daughter Dianne Blanchette and her husband Dennis, four sons, Michael Richardson and his wife Denise, Mark Richardson, Walter E. Richardson and Michelle Boisvert, and Norman Richardson and Nancy Sullivan all of Woonsocket; three sisters Lise Tremblay, Muriel Cote and Pauline Ethier all of Canada; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Tuesday 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908 in her memory would be appreciated.
