Geraldine (Antico) Holzberger

Geraldine (Antico) Holzberger 79, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2023 in the HopdeHealth and Hospice Center in Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Patrick J. Holzberger. They would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary this month. Geraldine was born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Joseph and Nancy (Pezza) Antico. She raised her family in Port Huron, Michigan before moving back to Rhode Island in 1988.Geraldine worked as a bookkeeper/office manager for Louisquissett Condominiums and Golf Course for over twenty-five years. She was a hardworking woman who loved her family and especially doted on her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters: Cheryl Holzberger of Cumberland and Laura Louro and her husband Joseph, of Sarasota, FL, four beloved grandchildren: Joseph, Joshua, Nicholas, and Katelyn, and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her brother Dominic Antico and his wife Betty of North Providence, and her sister Rosemary Bishop of Warwick. She was predeceased by her brothers John and Joseph Antico. Visiting hours will be held 4-6 PM, Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket. She will rest with her husband at the National Veterans Cemetery in Bourne, MA. Burial will be private.
