Francis V Belhumeur

Francis V. Belhumeur 76, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at Landmark Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Sylvia (Ferland) Belhumeur, and they were married 43 years. Born in Lowell, MA, he was a son of the late Edgar and Florence (Guthrie) Belhumeur. He was a US Air Force Veteran. Frank was a machinist for most of his life and worked for Tech Industries, Polytop Corp. and Superior Health Care. A warm and outgoing man, Frank loved to cook, enjoyed golfing, gardening, watching sports and playing computer poker.  

Besides his wife he leaves two daughters, Lee Seagrave and her husband Mark, of Santa Barbara, CA, and Laurie Belhumeur of Rocky Point, NC, a son, Gregory Belhumeur of Greenville, NC, a brother Capt. Rick Odato of Bradenton, FL, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He held a special place in his heart for his fine furry friends, Sasha and Sadie.

His funeral with visitation will be held Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph’s Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial with Military Honors will be held in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland.
