Ernest R. “Pete” Frappier 73, passed away Friday, May 7, 2021 in the VA Hospital, Providence. He was the loving husband of Linda (Moran) Frappier. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Fred and Aline (Leblanc) Raymond. Pete was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and was a Legacy Member of the VFW Post 6342, the Amvets, and was a former State Commander of the VFW. He worked as an extruder operator for Miller Electric and was a clerk for Stop & Shop until his retirement in 2010. He was also a Eucharistic Minister and CCD teacher at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Woonsocket. In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by his sons: Brian Frappier and his wife Tammy-Jean of Woonsocket, Kevin Frappier of Woonsocket, his grandson Logan, a brother, Robert Raymond of North Smithfield, and three sisters; Lorraine Bourget, Aline Berube, and Pauline Croteau all of Woonsocket. He was also the brother of the late Fred Raymond II. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, 5-7 pm, May 11, 2021 in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket. Burial with Military Honors will be held at a later date in the Veteran’s Cemetery in Exeter and will be private.
