Dennis E. Chicoine

Dennis E. “Chic” Chicoine 67, of Lyman St. passed away on July 14, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Judith A. Chicoine. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Emilien Chicoine Jr. and Constance (Hug) Theroux Chicoine. Dennis was the owner /operator of New England Insulation for forty -four years before retiring in November. He was a coach for the North Stars Youth Hockey Team for fifteen years. Chic loved to travel and he loved his “cars”.

Besides his wife he leaves his children Tori Anderson and her husband Brett of Cumberland, and Todd Chicoine and his wife Alison of North Smithfield, and siblings Eugene and Marc Chicoine and Elaine Lacrosse. He was affectionately known as Grump to his two grandchildren Kasey and Jack.

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022, from 4-7 PM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers donations to the RI Shriners Charitable Trust, One Rhodes Place, Cranston, RI 02905 in his memory would be appreciated.
