Constance R. (Boucher) Boisvert 71, of Farm St. passed away on December 13, 2023, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of Albert W. Boisvert. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Henri and Beatrice (Gervais) Boucher. Connie was a molder for the former Miller Electric Co. for many years. She also worked at various jobs until her retirement in 2013. Connie was very proud of the fact that she was the first girl pinsetter at Car Barn Alley. She was a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America Troop 13, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Connie along with her family were very active in Fr. Marot’s CYO Center and were awarded “Family of the Year 2000”.
Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Jennie Graham and her husband Matthew and Cherie Boisvert and her fiancé Jim Castoldi all of Mansfield, MA, and her daughter-in-law Melanie Boisvert of Woonsocket, a brother Henry L. Boucher and his wife Monique of Bellingham, a sister Louise Dyndur and her husband Peter of Woonsocket, her goddaughters Angela Normandin and Lori Kalvinek and ten grandchildren, Curtis, Nathanel, Albert, Owen, Anna, Abbigail, Dakota, Elijah, Ethan, and Virginia. She was predeceased by her son Albert L. Boisvert.
Her funeral will be held Friday, December 22, 2023, from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity Church, Park Ave., Woonsocket, Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland. Visiting hours will be held Thursday, December 21, 2023, from 5-7 PM.
