Claire Y Giard

Claire Y. Giard 71, of Woonsocket, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2023, at Landmark Medical Center with her family by her side. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Albertine (Charette) Giard. She was the beloved sister of Roger Giard and his wife Jacqueline and the late Lorraine Giard. She also leaves her lifelong companion Denise Lebrun and several nieces and nephews.

Claire was employed at the former Miller Electric and CVS Distributing Center for many years before retiring. Claire enjoyed spending time with her beloved pets Abbie and Levi, going to New Hampshire, and shopping for angel figurines. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Funeral arrangements were private. Donations to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick, RI 21741 in her memory would be appreciate.
