Cheryl L. (Lussier) Merrill

Cheryl L. (Lussier) Merrill 55, of Mendon, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2026 at Hope Hospice and Palliative care in Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Frank Merrill. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of Paul Lussier and the late Deborah Lussier. Cheryl was a medical coder for Milford Regional Hospital. Previously she worked for many years at University Surgical Associates in Providence. She also worked part-time for the Cardiovascular Institute. She will be remembered as a person with a very generous spirit who always put others first. She enjoyed working and going to country concerts, especially Tim McGraw. She liked owls and getting together with friends to watch Patriots games. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed by her family and her many friends.

In addition to her husband and her father she is survived by her children: Jeremy Merrill and his wife Karissa of Plainfield, CT, Stephanie Hall and her husband Christopher of Grafton, MA, and Courtney Merrill and her fiancé Tyler Pina of New Bedford, eight grandchildren; Khloe, Kinsley, Addyson, Sofia, Cayden, Lillie, Mia, and Everley, and her sisters; Lori Moniz and Craig Haddad of Foster and Joslyn Cochrane and her husband Doug of Bellingham.

Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, January 28, 2026 5-7 pm at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket.
