Carl P. Kociuba

Carl P. Kociuba 75, formerly of Pascoag, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at St. Antoine Residence. He was the beloved husband of Peggy (Daignault) Kociuba to whom he was married for forty-six years. They enjoyed travel, going to concerts, sporting events and family gatherings. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Michael and Alice (Chasse) Kociuba. Carl served in the Army National Guard, worked as a manager for the Foxboro Co, and later at the Milford Fair before retiring in 1994 due to a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.. He was an enthusiastic sports fan of the Bruins, Patriots, Red Sox, and Celtics. He was Capt. Carl to many area softball and volleyball teams and coached or managed East Woonsocket Little League teams for over fifteen years. He was Dad to his daughter Stephanie Zollo and her husband Andrew of Harrisville, Juanita Ramirez and her husband Joshua Cook of Woonsocket, and Ricardo Ramirez and his wife Julee of Pascoag, and Carlos Ramirez also of Pascoag, and Papa to seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was also the brother of James Kociuba of Beverly, MA and the late Michael Kociuba. He was Uncle Carl and a good friend to countless others.

His funeral will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 9:00 am from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 in Holy Trinity Church, Park Ave, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham, MA. Visiting hours will be Tuesday 5-7 pm.
