Anthony M Sampson

Anthony M. Sampson, 28, passed away on October 7, 2024, at Landmark Medical Center. Born in Milford MA, he was a son of the late Eric Sampson and Shannon Teachout. Anthony enjoyed music, drawing and the outdoors. He had a big heart and loved people especially his “Gram”.

He is survived by his paternal grandmother Rhonda Sampson, “Gram”, maternal grandmother Jayne Nunamaker, siblings, Amanda, Madeline, Domenic, and Skyla, a special uncle Hank Proulx, a cousin, Christian Teachout and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Raymond Gosselin, maternal grandfather Phillip Teachout, great-grandmother Judy “Gigi” Teachout, brother Ryan, uncle Todd Teachout and great uncle Ronald Sampson Jr.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life, Sunday, October 20, 2024, at the Millerville Men’s Club, 8 Lloyd St., Blackstone, MA from 1-6 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Community Care Alliance (CCA) 800 Clinton St. Woonsocket, RI in his memory would be appreciated.
