Albert N. Vanasse, Sr

Albert N. Vanasse Sr. 90, of Central St, Mapleville, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, in the VA Hospital in Providence. He was the loving husband of the late Rita (Beausoleil) Vanasse. He was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Hector and Rose (Roy) Vanasse but was a Burrillville resident for over sixty years. Albert was an Air Force veteran and later worked for the Burrillville School Dept for many years maintaining the fields and grounds until his retirement in 1993.

He is survived by his children: Albert Vanasse Jr of Oakland, Robert Vanasse of Mapleville, Donald Vanasse of Coventry, Joan Wheeler of Oakland, and Debra Moroney of Pascoag, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.  He was also the father of the late Richard Vanasse.

Funeral services were under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home and were private.
