Ronald J. Briere

Ronald J. Briere 61, of Achille Ave. died August 22, 2017 at home. He was born in Woonsocket a son of the late Benoit and Marie (Fournier) Briere. Ron was a self-employed contractor and the owner operator of Ron’s Home Improvements for over thirty years. He loved baseball, history, antiques, coin collecting and gardening.

Ron was a wonderful and dedicated father to his son Ronald Briere with whom he lived and his daughtrer Amy Briere of Cranston. He was also an amazing pepere to his granddaughter Izabella whom he loved dearly.

 He is also survived by five brothers, Brian and Charles Briere both of Woonsocket, Gary Briere of Cumberland,  Dennis Briere of GA, Raymond Briere of VT,  and two sisters Diane Zapasnik of Cranston, and Gloria Briere of FL.

His funeral with visitation will be held Monday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Rd., Second Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540 in his memory.
