Rita (Landry) Lebrun Roy

Rita Lebrun Roy 96, formerly of Mendon Rd. in Cumberland, died December 18, 2018 at the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Exeas Lebrun and Maurice Roy. Born in Claremont, NH she was a daughter of the late Amedee and Yvonne (Fortin) Landry. Rita was a sales clerk for the former Zayre’s Department Store for twenty six years before retiring in 1987. She was a former member of the Mt. Vernon Forever Young Club and St. Ann’s Choir.

Rita is survived by her sons Raymond Lebrun of Johnston, Donald Lebrun of Woonsocket, and Roger H. Lebrun of West Jordan, UT, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was also the sister of the late Gerard, Paul, Victor, Harold, and Ernest Landry, Marie Lemire, Rose Crete, Tony Latour, Cecile Richard, Yvonne Gagnon, and Claire Angel.

A committal service will be held Thursday at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Resurrection Cemetery in Cumberland.
