Renald G. Boutin

Renald G. Boutin 68, of Black Plain Rd. died January 10, 2018. He was the husband of Ruth (Chausse) Boutin. Born in Canada, he was a son of the late Gaudiose and Helene (Begin) Boutin. Ron was a co-owner and operator of J&R Dry Wall and Plastering along with his business partner Jean Venne for many years. He was a 3^rd degree Knight of Woonsocket Council 113 Knights of Columbus. Ron enjoyed travel and going on cruises with his family. He was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughter Lisa Boutin of N. Smithfield, three brothers: Jacquelin Boutin and his companion Francine Lehoux of St. George, P.Q., Marcel Boutin and his wife Rita Theriault of St. Honore, P.Q., and Mario Boutin also of St. Honore, and one sister Lise Carriere Boutin and her husband Simon of St. Ephraim, PQ.

His funeral with visitation will be held Saturday, January 27, from 9-10:30 AM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St, Woonsocket. A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 in St. John’s Church, Slatersville. Burial will be private.
