Normand R Bell

Normand R. Bell 71, of Paradis Ave. died March 15, 2019 at home. He was the husband of Betty Ann (Laplante) Bell. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of Therese (Houle) Bell of CA and the late Henry Bell. For many years Normand worked as a security guard for several area agencies. He had also worked as a CNA. Normand was a US Navy Corpsman during the Vietnam War.

Besides his wife and mother he leaves a son, Jeremy Bell of Woonsocket, a brother, Paul Bell of GA, and three sisters, Jeannine Fontaine of Plymouth MA, Phyllis St. George of CA, and Connie Darnell of GA.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Trinity Church, Park Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Wednesday 5-8 PM.
