Marie C. (Rainville) Cote

 Marie C. (Rainville) Cote 92, of North Smithfield, died August 1, 2017 at St. Antoine Residence. She was the wife of the late Justin J.  Cote for 55 years. Born in Woonsocket, she was the daughter of the late Alcee and Rose (Riendeau) Rainville. Mrs. Cote worked at Branch River Worsted Co. and was a braider operator at FWF Industries. Her greatest joy was being a homemaker and loving mother.

She is survived by her daughter Colombe O’Hara of Florida, and son Clement Cote and his wife Mary Ann of North Smithfield. She was predeceased by her son Edmond Cote. She also leaves behind her three grandchildren, Ian O’Hara, Clayton Cote, and Brittney Cote, and two great-grandchildren, Juniper and Griffen O’Hara.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in St. James Church, 33 Division St., Manville, RI. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery. The family will be begin receiving guests at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Mary’s Home for Children, 420 Fruit Hill Ave., North Providence, RI 02911-2647 in her memory would be appreciate.
