James T. Warzybok

March 16, 1954 ~ January 1, 1900 (age 54) 54 Years Old
After a courageous 7 ½ year battle with ALS, James T. Warzybok 51, died peacefully at Coes Pond Hospice Center in Worcester, MA surrounded by family and friends. Throughout many years of illness Jim never complained, he kept his sense of humor, and set an example with his grace and bravery.

He is survived by his loving family including his wife Terri A. (Wheeler) Warzybok of Sutton MA., his daughter Stacey L. Buehler, and her husband Aaron of Newport, RI his parents Anthony and Bertha (Germain) Warzybok of Woonsocket, RI, his brother Edward A. Warzybok of Pembroke, MA, his sister Joanne M. Rossi of Cumberland his best friend Doug Johnson of Grafton, MA,and many other family members and friends. His family and friends were the most important thing in his life, and on auagust 3rd, 2005 Jim became a proud grandfather to Samuel James, his first grandson.
Mr.Warzybok was born March 16, 1954 in Woonsocket. He was a Data Center Service Representative for IBM for twenty nine years . He was a 1972 graduate of Woonsocket High School.
His funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:30 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 S. Main St. Woonsocket with a Service of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph Church, Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in St. Charles Cemetery in Blackstone. All are invited to calling hours Monday, 5-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to UMASS Neurology-ALS Research c/o K. Gosselin, Academic Administrator, Dept. of Neurology, Univ. of Massachusetts Medical School, 55 Lake Ave. North, Worcester, MA 01655.
