Hermine Joy Sinay 68, of Spring Water Dr. died peacefully, July 31, 2018. Born in Bronx, NY, she was a daughter of the late Bernard and Estelle (Jacobs) Sinay. Hermine was a clerk for the OSCR, Inc. for many years.

She is survived by a sister Pearle Lake and her husband Kenneth of Willington, CT, and a brother Steven Sinay of CT and several cherished friends.
