Florence Dumais Obituary

Florence E. Dumais 85, of Oxford, MA, formerly of Burrillville, died Wednesday May 16, 2018 at the University of MA Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Paul Dumais. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Francois and Exilda (Salois) Laflamme. Florence was a sales associate for Target in Milford for fourteen years before retiring. She had also worked as a CNA in several area nursing homes for many years.

Florence is survived by a son Paul Dumais of FL, a son-in-law John Murray of AZ, a sister Rita Daigle of Bellingham, three grandchildren, including her caregiver Tina Mead of Oxford, Jason Murray of Pawtucket, and John Murray of Danielson, CT, and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Paulette Murray and brother Gerard Laflamme.

Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 9-11 AM in the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St,. Woonsocket, concluding with a prayer service. Burial will follow in St. Theresa’s Cemetery in Nasonville.
