Clementina I. (Malito) Long

Clementina (Mitzie) I. Long 85, of Second Ave., died September 5, 2017 at Landmark Medical Center. She was the wife of Richard Curtis. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Amelia (Sabatini) Malito. Mitzie worked as a waitress for most of her life in several area restaurants. She loved cooking and baking and was famous for her delicious Italian cookies.

Besides her husband she leaves a son, Robert Long of NC; three daughters, Karen Tougas of Lincoln, Kathy Martin of Pascoag, and Vallerie Curtis of Woonsocket, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Joseph Long and eight siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart Church, Olo St. Woonsocket.
