Arthur "Tom" Costigan

Arthur “Tom” Costigan 81, of Park Ave. died March 25, 2018 in Landmark Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Madeleine (Lavallee) Costigan. Born in Cumberland, he was a son of the late Albert and Amelia (Roy) Costigan. Tom worked as a truck driver for several area businesses. Tom was in the Naval Reserves for two years.  He loved motorcycles and was a member and past President of the United Motorcycle Club. He also enjoyed woodworking.

Besides his wife he leaves two daughters, Donna Long of Attleboro, and Doreen Voyer of Burrillville; two sons Alan T. Costigan of Woonsocket, and Jeffrey J. Costigan of Mequon, WI; a brother James Costigan of Fort Myers, FL, a sister Mary Shepard of Riverside, RI, five grandchildren, Danna Bravo, Jessica and Michael Long, Ryan Voyer, and Meghan Costigan and two great-grandchildren Briana and Elena Bravo. He was also the father of the late Deborah McNeile, and David A. Costigan and brother of the late Albert Costigan Jr, Theresa Mongeau, Doris Lafond, and Pauline Murphy.

His funeral will be held Tuesday April 3, 2018 at 9:00 AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church, Park Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are Monday 4-7 PM.
