Edna (Lezy) Dubois passed peacefully on Saturday, June 17^th after a short illness. A lifelong resident of Woonsocket, Edna was born on July 2, 1923, to Gustave and Delia (Gaulin) Lezy. Edna married the love of her life, Arthur L. Dubois in 1946, and they recently celebrated their 71^st wedding anniversary.

          Edna was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Emile G. Lezy, her dearest and closest friends, Mario Andreoni Sr., Rita Andreoni, and Mario Andreoni Jr.

          Besides her devoted husband, Edna is survived by her loving sister-in-law Doris Lezy, nephew Lt. General (USAF Retired) Normand G. Lezy and niece Prudence Lezy, of Texas; nephew Arthur Lezy and family of North Carolina; goddaughter Lola Andreoni Duclos, Lola’s husband Russell and family, of Cumberland; godson and grandnephew Normand R. Lezy and family, of Honolulu, HI; and grandnephew Eric Lezy and family, of Seekonk, MA. She will also be missed by her dear, close friend, Doris Andreoni and the Andreoni family.

Funeral and burial arrangements are private at Edna’s and the family’s request.
